You will help them define and realize measurable value through Ardoq, guiding organizations through their Enterprise Architecture journeys and ensuring they achieve impactful business outcomes.</p><p>You will be their trusted advisor - someone who understands their business priorities, can articulate how Ardoq supports their goals, and ensures they get the most out of our platform.<br></p><p></p><h3><strong>On a typical day, you will:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Build and maintain strategic relationships with a diverse book of customers to drive product adoption and long-term value realization.</p></li><li><p>Partner with key stakeholders to develop success plans, track progress, and align on business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Act as a product expert - demonstrating capabilities, sharing best practices, and advising on how to solve customer challenges.</p></li><li><p>Protect against churn at all costs by monitoring and mitigating account risk as early as possible.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless, value-driven customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, advocacy, and deeper partnership. </p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><strong>We imagine you will bring:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>4+ years of experience managing B2B customer relationships, ideally within a SaaS environment; experience with Enterprise Architecture is a plus</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to build strong, consultative relationships that drive measurable customer outcomes and retention</p></li><li><p>A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action</p></li><li><p>Strategic thinking, with a focus on understanding customer goals beyond feature functionality and elevating conversations accordingly</p></li><li><p>Confidence in representing the product and guiding customers toward achieving their business objectives</p></li><li><p>Ability to engage in technical discussions and quickly grasp complex concepts when required</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with enterprise change management or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English (required); additional languages - particularly Scandinavian or German - are a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>About Ardoq</h3><p>Ardoq is a bold, caring and driven SaaS company that’s redefining enterprise architecture - turning static diagrams into dynamic, real-time blueprints that empower smarter, data-driven decisions.
