About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Business Development Executive to join our Central Enablement Team, supporting the strategic growth and development of our international client portfolio. This role plays a critical part in advancing client-centric initiatives, enhancing client engagement, and executing our key client strategy across the business.

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, client relationship leads, and cross-functional teams, you will help to ensure our most valued clients receive exceptional service, innovative solutions, and a true strategic partnership. You will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, supporting client planning, and driving the successful delivery of client development initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic account plans for international clients in collaboration with the Commercial Director and the Price Forbes product teams.

  • Conduct research and analysis on client organisations, industries, and market trends to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, and strategic reviews.

  • Track and report on key client performance metrics, pipeline activity, and relationship health indicators.

  • Facilitate internal collaboration across business units to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to client service.

  • Support the implementation of client feedback programs and work with teams to address insights and drive continuous improvement.

  • Assist in organising and delivering client development clinics, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and executive briefings.

  • Champion best practices in client development and contribute to the evolution of our key client strategy.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a strategic or operational support role within a broking or underwriting environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of complex client organisations and buying behaviors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
