Le rôle
Au sein d’une équipe pan-européenne de 37 personnes localisé à Paris (22 personnes), Frankfurt (10 personnes) et Milan (5 personnes), le stagiaire participera et assistera l’équipe dans l’ensemble des tâches du métier d’investisseur de l’étude d’une opportunité à la réalisation d’un investissement :
Evaluer des nouvelles opportunités d’investissements en amont (recherche et analyse de marché, dirigeants, valorisation, call experts…)
Participer à la rédaction de notes (en anglais) de précomité et de comité d’investissements sur des opportunités plus avancés (analyse de l’activité, du marché, analyse financière, valorisation) et suivi des due diligences (financière, stratégique, ESG)
Assister les équipes d’investissement dans leur suivi des participations en portefeuille (acquisitions, analyse marché ou reporting interne et externe)
Soutenir l’équipe dans ses tâches transverses (présentation marketing, outils d’optimisation, veille de marché)

Etudiant en dernière année d’Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingénieur ou année de césure
Une première expérience en stage en banque d’investissement, conseil en stratégie ou fonds d’investissement est souhaitée
Bonne connaissance des modèles financiers
Maîtrise d’Excel et de Power Point requise
Anglais courant indispensable

Avec plus de vingt ans d’expérience dans le LBO small-and-mid-sized, l’équipe Expansion a réalisé plus de 75 investissements et compte actuellement 17 sociétés en portefeuille. Au travers d’un fond d’environ 2 milliards d’euros levé en 2020, l’équipe Ardian Expansion investit des tickets d’equity entre 30M€ et 180M€ correspondant à des entreprises valorisées entre 50 et 350M€.
