We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, solutions-focused Key Account Coordinator to join our Trade Sales team at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World. This full-time role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes – supporting our trade, wholesale and OTA partners and ensuring they’ve got everything they need to sell the fun of our parks.

Working closely with the Sales Manager – Trade, you’ll help onboard new partners, manage rate loading and system updates, assist with trade promotions and keep a close eye on bookings, trends and account performance. It’s a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll be a key part of making the magic happen for our guests – long before they walk through the gates.

We’re after someone who:
•    Has great communication skills and a knack for building strong working relationships
•    Is organised, tech-savvy and not afraid to juggle multiple moving parts
•    Brings some previous experience in tourism, hospitality, attractions, or working with OTAs and wholesale trade
•    Knows their way around Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with any CRM or ticketing system experience a bonus
•    Is happy to pitch in at events, expos and trade famils when needed (some weekends or after-hours may apply)
