Reporting to the Student Finance Team Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for face-to-face student support, while also managing crucial aspects of student funding.</p><p>Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with colleagues to ensure students receive the best advice and support for their financial needs.</p><p></p><hr><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p>We are interested in hearing from enthusiastic, proactive individuals with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, along with strong Excel and data reporting capabilities, are essential.</p><p>This role involves close collaboration with teams across the Finance department and the broader Arden University community.
