Masters Week (April – Limited Duration)
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
- Execute high-volume service efficiently while maintaining accuracy and presentation
- Engage guests with confidence and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and bar support staff
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of bar areas at all times
- Monitor guest consumption and adhere to all alcohol service laws and club policies
- Anticipate needs, resolve guest concerns, and maintain an elevated service environment
- Prior bartending experience required (high-volume or private club experience strongly preferred)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
- Willingness to learn house standards and execute consistently
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and excellence
