Champions Retreat Golf Club is seeking Temporary Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team for Masters Week, one of the most prestigious and fast-paced weeks in hospitality. This role is ideal for experienced bartenders who thrive in high-energy environments and take pride in delivering polished, efficient, and elevated bar service.
Position Overview
As a Temporary Bartender, you are responsible for executing consistent, high-quality beverage service while maintaining composure and professionalism during peak-volume periods. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by delivering exceptional cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer service with speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
  • Execute high-volume service efficiently while maintaining accuracy and presentation
  • Engage guests with confidence and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and bar support staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of bar areas at all times
  • Monitor guest consumption and adhere to all alcohol service laws and club policies
  • Anticipate needs, resolve guest concerns, and maintain an elevated service environment

  • Prior bartending experience required (high-volume or private club experience strongly preferred)
