On the job:
- Water & greet tables as they sit down
- Serve bread to the tables
- Clean and reset vacated tables
- Remove dirty dishes from table when guest is finished
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas

- The Dining Room Assistant is responsible for greeting and serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and resetting tables. They will also remove dirty dishes and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
