We are looking for a Founding Recruiter with 5-10 years of experience to own and build our talent pipeline from scratch. We are looking for a highly social, hands-on individual who can think like a founder and is excited to build an elite AI research and engineering team. You will partner directly with the founders to define our talent strategy and will be instrumental in shaping the future of Architect by sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier researchers and engineers.
What will you be doing?
- Design and execute Architect’s talent strategy from first principles, partnering directly with founders.
- Personally source, engage, and close top-tier candidates across AI research and ML engineering, many of whom are not actively looking.
- Build deep networks within the AI/ML community by attending conferences (approx. once a month) and building relationships with researchers.
- Develop Architect’s recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including tools, processes, and interview loops.
- Act as a key representative for Architect, building our reputation as the premier destination for elite researchers and engineers.
