The Lead Preschool Teacher provides a nurturing, faith-filled, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Rooted in Catholic values, this role supports the spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child while fostering a lifelong love of learning and respect for self and others. The Lead Teacher also provides guidance and support to assistant teachers and helps ensure a high-quality, cohesive preschool program.

State teaching certification and/or diocesan certification (preferred).
Previous experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children.
Active, practicing Catholic preferred; commitment to supporting and modeling Catholic values required.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a faith-based educational community.
