St. Frances Cabrini Academy is seeking a dedicated and mission‑driven ESL Teacher to support English language learners through targeted instruction and skill development. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and who thrives in a collaborative, student‑centered environment.
The ESL Teacher will work closely with classroom teachers to provide small‑group and individualized instruction that reinforces language acquisition and academic skills. Support may be delivered through a pull‑out model, push‑in model, or a combination of both, depending on student needs. The teacher will play a key role in helping students build confidence, develop English proficiency, and succeed across subject areas.
The ideal candidate is patient, culturally responsive, and passionate about helping students grow in both language proficiency and confidence. They bring creativity to their instruction, work well with colleagues, and foster an inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.
