5th Grade Teacher (2026–2027 School Year)
St. Gerard Majella School is seeking a joyful, faith‑filled Catholic who feels called to serve in our school community as a 5th Grade Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate is passionate about forming young learners academically and spiritually, and is committed to creating a positive, structured, and mission‑driven classroom environment.
The 5th Grade Teacher will lead instruction across core subject areas, including religion, science, reading, math, social studies, and social‑emotional learning. This role requires a strong understanding of elementary education, a love for teaching, and a dedication to integrating Catholic values into daily classroom life. The teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues and administration to support student growth and uphold the school’s mission.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, mission‑driven, and dedicated to helping students grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually. They bring joy, professionalism, and a sense of vocation to their work.
