Local Springfield Fence and Outdoor living company is looking for a warehouse/maintenance lead. Great team culture, no weekends or evenings. Job Duties below
- Arrive by 7 am to open the warehouse and help load contractors materials onto their truck and trailers
- Forklift experience required
- Unload material as trucks come in
- Keep the warehouse organized
- Pull material together for future jobs and stage them on pallets
- Keep track of equipment as it is rented out and returned from contractors
- Deliver material to contractors as needed with company truck and trailer
- Stain pickets
- Be willing to learn how to fix warranty items on fence jobs, and handle fence repairs.
- Track all warranty issues with customers
- Responsible for inventory, tracking material as it comes and leaves the warehouse.
