  • Advise Government in reviewing and assessing platform architectures, technical design approaches, interface definitions, and integration strategies across the overhead reconnaissance ground system enterprise.
  • Analyze system and IT platform requirements to evaluate the impacts of proposed changes, capability additions, or architectural modifications on mission, system, and enterprise objectives.
  • Provide systems engineering support across the full development lifecycle, including architecture development, CONOPs refinement, requirement decomposition, integration planning, verification and validation considerations, and transition-to-operations readiness.
  • Evaluate technical deliverables from development contractors, identify risks, dependencies, and integration concerns, and provide mitigation recommendations that enhance mission performance, scalability, usability, and long-term sustainment.
  • Participate in Agile activities, including PI planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and technical exchange meetings, ensuring alignment across multi-contractor development teams.
  • Assist in the creation and review of enterprise engineering artifacts, including architecture products, technical documentation, interface control documentation (ICDs), system playbooks, and user adoption/onboarding materials.
  • Provide clear, concise, and technically defensible reporting and recommendations to Government stakeholders through written assessments, technical briefings, decision inputs, and formal review artifacts
