Role & Team Overview:
The PDP/Project Assistance department is dedicated to supporting project managers in all aspects of project management, covering both administrative and financial tasks. The team is comprised of Project Assistants, who provide day-to-day support to project managers, primarily working with ERP systems (Oracle ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud) and the various digital tools Arcadis uses for project management, And Project Delivery & Performance Analysts: Play a key role in financial decision-making, focusing on project profitability and Working Capital management.
By performing these functions, we achieve several objectives: we provide effective and close support to Project Managers, free up the management team to focus on high value-added tasks, and ensure good project governance through the guidelines of Arcadis Way.

Role Accountabilities:
As a junior, joining the team as a Project Delivery & Performance Analyst, you will:
- Ensure the financial interests of projects—profitability and Working Capital—are safeguarded.
- Actively participate in project financial management alongside project managers, pursuit leaders, and service leaders.
- Contribute across the full lifecycle of project delivery, from preparing financial offers, monitoring project performance, to implementing all necessary measures to achieve financial margin and working capital targets.
- Support and promote compliance with Arcadis processes and governance standards.
Required Degrees and Skills:
- BSc or MSc in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of both financial and technical aspects of project delivery.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders—project managers, pursuit leaders, and service leaders.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
