Role Description:
Arcadis India is looking for a dynamic Real Estate (Market Analysis & Financial Feasibility) Expert to join our interdisciplinary teams supporting the Architecture & Urbanism (A+U) Practice. This role is critical to shaping viable and forward-thinking development strategies through robust market studies, valuation, and financial feasibility analyses for urban and infrastructure-led projects.
Location:
- Gurgaon or Mumbai
Role Accountabilities:
- Conduct real estate market assessments for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Undertake highest and best use studies and define appropriate land use mixes.
- Prepare financial feasibility models, and valuation reports to support master planning, infrastructure, and real estate projects.
- Support client engagements through strategic inputs, business case development, and stakeholder presentations.
- Analyze socio-economic trends, demographic data, and policy frameworks to inform real estate strategy.
- Undertake business development and contribute to bids and proposals from a market and financial lens.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate advisory, valuation, or market consulting.
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and reporting.
- Understanding of real estate regulations, market dynamics, and investment principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Prior experience in working within multi-disciplinary teams on urban or infrastructure projects preferred.
