JEFE DE LOGISTICA PRIMARIA- (Guayaquil)

REPORTA A: GERENTE DE LOGISTICA, TRANSP Y REFRIGERACION

MISION DEL CARGO: Administrar la logística primaria de la planta desde el almacenamiento hasta la distribución de todo producto terminado, siguiendo los estándares y procedimientos que se requieren, para maximizar el nivel de servicio.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

•Administrar el almacenamiento de productos terminados en la operación lácteos y plásticos para garantizar la disponibilidad del producto, exactitud del inventario y reducir mermas.

•Gestionar la distribución de productos terminados en la operación lácteos y plásticos para garantizar la disponibilidad del producto en AASS y Cedis.

•Revisar y gestionar Indicadores diarios para garantizar los resultados del negocio.

•Gestionar Los sistemas tanto Wsiap Sap, Basic para el adecuado uso del sistema en las operaciones diarias

•Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos de despacho previa liberación de productos al mercado, prevención de contaminación cruzada, control de plagas, correcto estibaje, almacenamiento y despacho de producto terminado, trazabilidad de producto

•Gestionar el mantenimiento con infraestructura y los equipos para el personal asegurando la seguridad de los trabajadores e inocuidad de los productos.

REQUERIMIENTOS:

Instrucción: Título de tercer nivel en Ing. Logística Y Transporte, Ing. en Adm. De Empresas, Ing. Industrial

Conocimientos adicionales: Abastecimientos, Distribución y Logística, Excel (avanzado)

Experiencia: 2 años en posiciones o responsabilidades similares.

El proceso será mixto. En caso de ser candidato interno debe cumplir con el tiempo de permanencia requerido en la Política de Reclutamiento y Selección.
