About this role
Misión
Ejecutar el ciclo de cobranza de acuerdo con las políticas definidas, para asegurar y gestionar la recuperación de cartera de clientes. Participar activamente en la mejora continua del proceso de Cuentas por Cobrar en el Centro de Servicios Compartidos.
Responsabilidades
- Elaborar y enviar las facturas de acuerdo a los pedidos y notas de entrega proporcionados por el sitio mediante Share Point para garantizar la recuperación en tiempo de la cuenta por cobrar.
- Monitorear a recuperación de cartera de acuerdo a los plazos de crédito establecidos con cada cliente para dar cumplimiento a las politicas de crédito de Arca Continental
- Registrar los depósitos recibidos de los clientes en sistema para compensar en Contabilidad las facturas pagadas por el cliente.
- Identificar las disputas o reclamaciones generadas por diferencias en saldos de los depósitos recibidos contra las facturas pagadas para saldar las cuentas de los clientes
- Participar en la preparación de información requerida para proyectos de mejora continua y/o implementaciones del proceso de Cuentas por Cobrar en Centro de Servicios Compartidos
Requisitos
- Lic. Contabilidad y auditoria, administración de empresas, finanzas concluida (titulado).
- Experiencia como encargado de contabilidad (1 año), auxiliar de finanzas (1 año).

- Analisis de Cuentas (Básico)
- Conocimiento de credito y cobranza (Básico)
