To manage the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) functions for customers and users; and to facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact within agreed service levels and business priorities.

- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the IT infrastructure and systems including hardware/software support, training, and special projects
- Plans, designs and implements IT infrastructure solutions.
- Assists in coordinating special projects including IT infrastructure and systems including hardware/software purchases, and system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving
- Assists in providing network and remote hardware/software support; maintains IT operation documentation including hardware/software applications, support logs and other related information; researches and recommends network and server hardware and software
- Analyzes and troubleshoots IT infrastructure logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems
- Develop, manage and testing backup and recovery plans;
- Play a supporting role in executing the IT Business Continuity plans as set by the IT Management.

Needs to interact with IT Operations manager, purchase supervisor, service desk administrator and systems administrator on a regular basis. Will also interact with the internal customers while providing the IT services.
External:
Needs to interact with various vendors to update hardware equipments and also for renewal of software licenses.

- Day to day decisions during issue resolution or any IT Project of which he is also a member of.

Qualification:
A minimum of a bachelor degree in Information Technology is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure is required.
