As part of our business’ growth and in a context of transformation and structuring of our supply chain, our company is looking to strengthen its management of its supply chain planning.

The Supply Chain Planning Leader will play a key role in defining processes, managing change and implementing best practices in cross-functional coordination with the company's functions (sales, factories, finance, procurement, etc.).

The Supply Chain Planning Leader will accompany internal resource planning by proposing scenarios to ensure the right balance between load and capacity / capacity and skills / delivery on time and cost.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the culture of Supply Chain Planning in the company, by raising awareness among stakeholders of the challenges of planning.

  • Design, formalize and deploy planning rules, processes and standards (industrial and commercial plan, production plan, sales forecasts, inventory management, etc.).

  • Lead the Supply Review of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle: prepare meetings, coordinate contributors, consolidate data, produce recommendations.

  • Work closely with sales, factories, finance and logistics teams to align demand and capacity.

  • Manage planning performance indicators and ensure regular reporting to the Management.

  • Identify the levers for continuous improvement and propose solutions (processes, tools, organization).

  • Contribute to the development of the skills of operational teams, via coaching or targeted interventions.

 

Profile:

  • Advanced degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent with specialization in Supply Chain / Logistics / Industrial Management.

  • 8-10 years of experience in central Supply Chain Planning, in industrial contexts.

  • Experience in S&OP deployment or facilitation is appreciated.

  • Excellent ability to work cross-functionally, to influence without hierarchical authority.

  • Ability to structure, formalize and adhere to processes

  • Good communication skills, pedagogical spirit

  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership with teams, as well as influencing skills

  • Mastery of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and planning tools (APO, OMP, Anaplan, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.

  • Executive communication skills for interacting with Arabelle Solutions and client leaders

  • Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural project teams in an international environment.

  • Ability to simplify problems and get teams to collaborate to achieve a common goal

  • Integrity: Respecting and adhering to high ethical, moral and personal values in decision-making, communications, actions and interactions with others.

Dans le cadre de la croissance de notre activité et dans un contexte de transformation et de structuration de notre supply chain, notre entreprise souhaite renforcer son pilotage de la planification de sa chaîne d’approvisionnement (Supply Chain Planning).

Le/La Supply Chain Planning Leader jouera un rôle clé dans la définition des processus, la conduite du changement et la mise en œuvre des bonnes pratiques en coordination transverse avec les fonctions de l’entreprise (commerciales, usines, finance, approvisionnement…).

Le/La Supply Chain Planning Leader acccompagnera la planification des ressources internes en proposant des scenarii d’équilibre entre charge et capacité / capacité et compétences / livraison dans les temps et le coût.

Rôle et responsabilités :

  • Développer la culture du Supply Chain Planning dans l’entreprise, en sensibilisant les parties prenantes aux enjeux de la planification.

  • Concevoir, formaliser et déployer les règles, processus et standards de planification (plan industriel et commercial, plan de production, prévisions de ventes, gestion des stocks…).

  • Animer la Supply Review du cycle S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) : préparer les réunions, coordonner les contributeurs, consolider les données, produire des recommandations.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, les usines, les équipes Finance et Logistique pour aligner la demande et les capacités.

  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance planning et assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction.

  • Identifier les leviers d’amélioration continue et proposer des solutions (processus, outils, organisation).

  • Contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes opérationnelles, via du coaching ou des interventions ciblées.

 

Profil :

  • Diplôme supérieur d’une école d’ingénieur, école de commerce, ou équivalent avec spécialisation Supply Chain / logistique / gestion industrielle.

  • 8-10 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain Planning central, dans des contextes industriels.

  • Expérience en déploiement ou animation du S&OP appréciée.

  • Excellente capacité à travailler en transverse, à influencer sans autorité hiérarchique.

  • Capacité à structurer, formaliser et faire adhérer à des processus

  • Bonnes compétences en communication, esprit pédagogique

  • Capacité à démontrer un bon leadership auprès d’équipes, ainsi que des compétences d'influence

  • Maîtrise des outils ERP (SAP, Oracle…) et de planification (APO, OMP, Anaplan, Primavera etc.) est un plus.

  • Compétences en communication pour l'interaction avec les dirigeants d'Arabelle Solutions et des clients

  • Capacité à diriger des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles et multiculturelles dans un environnement international.

  • Capacité à simplifier les problèmes et à amener des équipes à collaborer pour atteindre un objectif commun

  • Intégrité : Respecter et adhérer à des valeurs éthiques, morales et personnelles élevées dans la prise de décisions, les communications, les actions et les interactions avec les autres.

  • Langue : Anglais et français (courant)
