Le Responsable des équipes de planification de projets pilote, développe et accompagne les équipes de planification afin de garantir des plannings fiables, réalistes et alignés avec les enjeux business. Il contribue directement à la performance des projets en assurant la qualité des livrables planning, en soutenant les équipes projets et commerciales, et en déployant des pratiques Lean favorisant l’optimisation des délais, des ressources et des résultats.

The Projects Planning Leader leads and develops the project planning teams to ensure robust, realistic, and business‑driven schedules. The role contributes directly to project performance by ensuring high‑quality planning deliverables, supporting project and commercial teams, and promoting Lean planning practices to optimize timelines, resource utilization, and overall project outcomes.

Rôles & Responsabilités

  • Diriger, accompagner et conseiller les équipes de planification des projets.

  • Garantir la qualité et la livraison dans les délais de l’ensemble des livrables de planification (ITO, OTR), avec une attention particulière sur les jalons critiques et déclencheurs de revenus.

  • Maintenir et améliorer les processus, méthodes et outils de planification des projets, notamment pour les projets New Build.

  • Déployer et promouvoir les pratiques Lean appliquées à la planification (processus, outils, résolution de problèmes, rituels de pilotage).

  • Valider les plannings projets en identifiant le chemin critique, l’utilisation des contraintes, la cohérence de la logique et les marges disponibles.

  • S’assurer que les baselines projets sont réalistes et compatibles avec la charge des ressources.

  • Apporter un support opérationnel en planification aux équipes projets et commerciales, y compris sur les demandes d’extension de délai (EOT).

  • Identifier et escalader auprès de la direction les projets à risque nécessitant une action immédiate.

  • Gérer la charge et les capacités afin de garantir la disponibilité des ressources de planification à moyen et long terme.

  • Développer, coacher et faire monter en compétence l’équipe de planification, en lien avec les directeurs de projets.

  • Veiller au respect des exigences business, des directives internes et des normes ISO.

Profil recherché

Formation et Expérience

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou administration des affaires.

  • 10 ans minimum d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’énergie, dont au moins 5 ans sur des projets complexes ou de grande envergure (EPC) : ingénierie, approvisionnement ou gestion de projets.

  • Excellente maîtrise des fondamentaux du management de projet : planification, contrôle des projets, gestion des risques, reporting de performance.

  • Une expérience dans le nucléaire est un atout, sans être indispensable.

Compétences requises

  • Solides compétences en leadership, influence et communication, avec capacité à interagir efficacement avec les équipes dirigeantes et les parties prenantes externes.

  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’investigation et de résolution de problèmes.

  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils de planification, notamment Primavera P6, ainsi que des outils informatiques (MS Office, bases de données, analyse de données).

  • Capacité à analyser les indicateurs de performance et à soutenir la prise de décision stratégique.

  • Fort sens de l’éthique et de l’intégrité professionnelle.

  • Bilingue français / anglais.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and advise project planning teams to ensure high performance and alignment with project and business objectives.

  • Ensure the quality and on‑time delivery of all planning deliverables (ITO, OTR), with particular focus on critical milestones and revenue‑triggering events.

  • Maintain and continuously improve project planning processes, methods, and tools, especially for New Build projects.

  • Deploy and promote Lean practices applied to project planning (processes, tools, problem‑solving methodologies, and performance rituals).

  • Validate project schedules by identifying the critical path, assessing constraints usage, schedule logic integrity, and available float.

  • Ensure that project baselines are realistic and aligned with resource loading and capacity constraints.

  • Provide operational planning support to project and commercial teams, including support for Extension of Time (EOT) requests.

  • Identify and escalate at‑risk projects requiring immediate management attention.

  • Manage workload and capacity to ensure the availability of qualified planning resources in the medium and long term.

  • Develop, coach, and upskill the planning team, in close collaboration with Project Directors.

  • Ensure compliance with business requirements, internal governance, and ISO standards.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the energy industry, including at least 5 years on large‑scale or complex (EPC) projects in engineering, procurement, or project management.

  • Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, project controls, risk management, and performance reporting.

  • Nuclear industry experience is an asset but not essential.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving abilities.

  • High proficiency in project planning tools, particularly Primavera P6, as well as strong IT skills (MS Office, databases, data analysis tools).

  • Ability to analyze project data and performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making.

  • Strong sense of professional ethics and integrity.

  • Fluent in both French and English.
