Sounds great – what’s the role in a nutshell?
The Content Marketing Assistant will be responsible for maintaining, editing, and creating copy for Aqua Expeditions’ digital platforms, sales & onboard documents, and newsletter and email communications. In addition, this role will entail working with other members of the Content team on sales kit management and maintenance of onboard material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the sales kit is organised and up to date and making updates as and when necessary.
- Create content for trade newsletters and special communications.
- Creating newsletter layouts in Zoho and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the Aqua database.
- Create content for scripts and banners used at trade events.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading all sales documents.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading onboard materials including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading content for guest & trade loyalty program communications.
- Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blogposts for the Aqua website.
- Updating Aqua’s webpages based on SEO recommendations.
- Proofreading content for Aqua’s digital platforms and social media.
What We're Looking For:
- Singaporeans and PRs only.
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or communications.
- Preference for candidates who have graduated from EHL, NUS, NTU, SMU, or SUTD.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Adequate experience using Google Docs and Dropbox
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience using Drupal is a plus
- Prior experience in copywriting is a plus
