We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Exhibition & Marketing Coordinator to manage, execute, and promote trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with marketing expertise to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and ensure seamless event execution.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events from concept to execution.
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to maximize event visibility and attendance.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Manage event budgets, schedules, logistics, and on-site execution.
Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and exhibition displays.
Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure consistent and professional representation of the company brand across all events.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or marketing events.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
