YOUR ROLE:

• Preparation of the raw material requests required for production and communication to suppliers

• Monitoring the supply of raw materials on a daily basis according to changing production needs

• Continuous contact with suppliers, by letter and, if necessary, by phone and telephone conferences

• Optimize inventory levels and keep them at the planned level

• Minimizing extra premium logistics costs

• Continuous contact with partner organizations

• Maintenance of job-related data and parameters in the ERP system

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Participation in logistics projects 

• Professional support for the escalation of critical raw material supply problems

• Continuous provision of information related to the scope of responsibility during the escalation (timeliness of raw material supply, follow-up of critical raw materials)

• Professional support of Logistic team members

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Higher education

• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (ideally in the automotive industry)

• Fluent English language skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel) knowledge

• Experience in using SAP or a similar ERP system

• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills

• System approach, decisive action, accurate and precise work

• Advantage: management experience
