2. GENERAL JOB SUMMARY |
As a Manager of Quality Engineering, you will play a key role in driving exceptional levels of quality and testing efficiency within our products, while simultaneously partnering with other teams within Research and Development to ensure delivery objectives are consistently achieved. This role is designed for individuals who have a solid foundation in quality engineering, testing, and leadership, and are eager to contribute their skills to enhance rapid delivery of enterprise supply chain solutions. |

You will be a strategic partner, mentor, and facilitator, enabling the Scrum teams to take ownership of quality and deliver high-quality products efficiently. . |

5. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases that meet and exceed quality expectations · Support QE efforts across multiple product lines and scrum teams · Use subject matter expertise to guide scrum teams in creating comprehensive test strategies and plans, including manual and automated testing, performance testing, and security testing · Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to QEs within the Scrum teams, helping them stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and testing techniques · Act as a central point of contact for quality-related issues, helping to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication between Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders · Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect density, test execution rate, code coverage, etc.) across all Scrum teams to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on the overall product quality · Assist teams in identifying and implementing process improvements through retrospectives and data analysis, to ensure ongoing enhancement of QE practices and team effectiveness · Drive shift-left strategies to identify defects and quality risks earlier in the delivery process |
