Lead full-cycle technical recruitment across engineering, product, and technology functions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, driving performance and best practices.
Build and manage talent pipelines using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google Search).
Manage stakeholder expectations by providing market insights, talent maps, and regular recruitment analytics.
Ensure process excellence with ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and maintain data integrity.
Drive initiatives in diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
Proven success in closing leadership and niche tech roles.
Strong exposure to advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, and social recruiting.
Experience managing ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
