About this role
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development, including LLMs and generative models.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and PySpark, with experience in scalable data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ML model deployment and serving platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, TorchServe, BentoML, KFServing).
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical expertise in prompt engineering and RAG pipelines (embedding models, chunking, retrieval strategies, caching).
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and similarity search.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data engineering practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end AI productization, from experimentation to production.
- Knowledge of hybrid retrieval/search techniques (semantic + keyword).
- Exposure to MLOps workflows for monitoring, CI/CD, and governance of ML systems.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
