This person will be responsible for shaping the design vision, structuring and organizing the design workflow, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring the product from concept to launch.</p> <p>This designer will operate as a solo designer in the early stages of the project. Therefore, they must be multidisciplinary - capable of balancing strong product design expertise with strategic thinking, light project management, and a hands-on approach across different design domains (brand, marketing, UX research, and visual communication).</p> <p>This role requires a designer who can represent the design discipline at a project level, maintaining a high bar for visual quality and user experience, while effectively communicating with PMs, engineers, and executives.
