About this role

  1. Plan and control high complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constrains. 2. Own tool configuration & slotting. Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation. Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load Manage training period allocation Determine manufacturing needed capacity Manage retrofit projects 7. Manage R&D needs Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
