Key Responsibilities
Create quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer.
Create and maintain accurate Sales Orders in ERP
Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
Handle complex customer inquires via phone, e-mail, and fax
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
Develop knowledge of AMAT products
Requirements
Experience creating quotations and sales orders in ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred)
Strong customer service skills; able to handle complex inquiries via phone and email
Ability to escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements
Excellent communication and coordination with customers and internal teams
High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
Willingness to learn Applied Materials products and processes
