A semiconductor process and hardware expert with hands-on lab/fab experience and knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics applications. Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites. Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field. Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site. Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed. Semiconductor equipment trouble shooting including corrective and preventative maintenance. Improving wafer and device performance, reducing defects and improving yield Utilizing data science, statistical methods and AI/ML techniques and algorithms to improve equipment, wafer and factory performance. A good team player and ability to get along with diverse teams local and global. Fluent English verbal/written skills to communicate with 1st level manager and global team Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer. Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
