Position Summary

As an AGS (Applied Global Services) Account Sales for the TRA customers, you will lead business development efforts with non‑TSMC semiconductor customers by delivering high‑value service, parts, and upgrade solutions. You will work closely with fab operations teams to understand equipment performance needs, propose tailored AGS offerings, and build long‑term customer relationships. Internally, you will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role is essential for expanding AGS’s footprint across multiple non‑T accounts and supporting strategic growth initiatives in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer interface for AGS service, spares, and upgrade programs across multiple non‑TSMC accounts in the TRA region.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to support customer production goals, tool availability, and operational performance.
  • Identify business opportunities and prepare proposals for spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and productivity improvement programs.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, service scope, quotation reviews, and contract negotiation.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure supply readiness, resource allocation, and on‑time execution of service commitments.
  • Present AGS capabilities, cost‑of‑ownership improvements, and product roadmaps to customers; gather feedback for internal alignment.
  • Manage order bookings, invoicing, billing cycles, and account receivables to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer meetings, action items, project status, and business progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, service, sales, or account management.
  • Understanding of semiconductor fab operations and equipment service models (spares, services, upgrades) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and customer teams.
  • Proficiency in English for communication and presentations.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approx. 20%).
