Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food items.
- Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to maintain performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle kitchen staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Address any issues related to kitchen operations, staff, or customer complaints.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization as needed.
