Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with physician office and hospital policies and procedures.
Minimum Education-RMA preferred but not required
-Minimum- Certified Medical Assistant certificate
Minimum Work Experience-3+ year of Experience in a clinic setting preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications-RMA or CMA Certified
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities-Thorough knowledge of office equipment and computer related programs including physician EMR programs, spreadsheets, and word documents.
-Lab/Phlebotomy training and competency obtained. -Required to comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing.
