Qualification:
Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science. Oracle/Microsoft DBA certification/
Relevant Experience:
10 + Years of experience in management and inter departmental meetings. In-charge of Whole IT Department
Responsibilities
- Representing the IT department in all the management and inter departmental meetings. In-charge of Whole IT Department
- To ensure and streamline the operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization
- Make plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative
- Direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
- Working closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement,
- and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
- Preparation and will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Active participation in implementation of HIS.
- Discussing the HIS problems with HOD’ and getting signoff
- Interaction with users and ASPL’s team
- Assisting the team to incorporate the requirements.
- Assessment and procurement of new software & hardware and negotiating with the suppliers.
- Preparation of SOP’s and implementing the same. Escalation matrix
- Preparation of quality document and implementing the same on quality policies with respect to JCI standards
- Active participation in successful installation and maintenance of IT hardware & software infrastructure.
- Finalization of technical aspects.
- Follow up w.r.t delivery of the items
- Involvement in the installation process.
- Preparation and maintenance of the document.
- Cost Control in all activities.
- Managing the IT staffs with minimum manpower
- Verifying all the log books maintained by IT department
- Highlighting the IT department problems to HOD’s & Sr. Management.
- Implementation of new things as per the standards
- Coordinating with Corporate IT team for any assistance
- In addition to the above, ensuring the IT’s primary goals to develop and manage application portfolios for each department
- And to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization.
- Helping to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives across all areas of the organization.
