- Implementing standards and protocols for proper functioning of respective departments.
- Ensure maximum patient satisfaction across all functional areas.
- To conduct daily rounds
- To ensure all respective departments are adequately manned.
- To identify gaps in the system and find remedial measures to fill gaps
in the shortest possible time.
- Develop a strong feedback system wherein valuable feedback is captured both from internal and external customers.
- Complaint / Grievance Handling.
- Ensure cohorting of rooms are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure grooming standards for all staff.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth functioning of all processes.
