About this role

Job Purpose                                      

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MBA ( Human Resources)

Relevant Experience:    

  • 12+   years of experience in statutory requirements

 

Responsibilities

  • To make sure that all the statutory requirements are updated on a monthly, bi annual, yearly basis.
  • To be responsible for the redressal of grievances of all employees.
  • To be responsible for all disciplinary procedures pertaining to employees.
  • To adhere to all statutory regulations applicable to the employees of Hospital.
  • To have close liaison with the Government officials of Labour Department.
  • To meet the labour officers when required after consultation with the General Manager – HR
  • To be responsible for Renewal of all Licenses.
  • To coordinate all hospital functions and celebrations.
  • To maintain discipline among the employees and take appropriate action in case of violation.
  • To issue warning letters for absentees employees as and when required.
  • To send call letters to the employees who are found absent over a long period.
  • To prepare gratuity settlements for the resigned employees, if applicable.
  • To be responsible for smooth industrial relations across the scope of work.
  • To make sure that human resources policies are in place and ensure implementation as and when required by the Management.
  • To co-ordinate the activities related to all the welfare activities with the instructions from the personnel manager.
  • To get approval from the General Manager, the expenses related to Picnic / Christmas /Ayudha Pooja  celebrations.
  • To be responsible for implementing and streamlining Apollo Family Benevolent Fund (AFBF)) to the employees.
  • To oversee the functions of the Time Office and ensure the attendance details are sent to payroll section on time.
  • To perform any other job as and when required.
