Job Specification:

• Taking care of processing of fund capital and distribution.

• drafting and reviewing of all corporate documentation required by clients (Boards, AGM, EGM etc…).

• Assisting in staff collaboration and ensuring that client deliverables are being met.

• Being responsible for the consistency and accuracy of assigned relationships.

• Having regular interaction with clients, directors and other relevant parties.

• Maintaining a regular interaction with clients, fund directors and other relevant parties.

• Taking care of the AML-KYC follow up of the accounts together with the transfer agent.

• Reviewing and approving of various bank instruction payments.

• Running a billing cycle for clients.

• Promote a risk management culture within the business by proactively highlighting areas where improvements can be made to reduce operational risk.

• Handling communication with AIFM, client’s portfolio management deal team, lawyers and Depositary.

• Coordinate internal functions to onboard new entities, including all Service Delivery Teams, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams to ensure that all new fund launches are successfully project managed and delivery of exceptional client experience

• Act as an escalation point for transaction related issues

• managing the team.

Skills Required:

• A degree in law, tax or business administration.

• A detailed understanding of Luxembourg regulatory requirements.

• Must have an excellent knowledge of the funds industry and experience working on different fund structures primarily used (primarily Luxembourg) and regulatory requirements.

• Experience/knowledge of Depositary & AIFM functions.

• At least 7 years of experience in the investment funds industry.

• Ability to manage teams efficiently.

• Being able to review and understand legal and tax restructuring memos.

• A high level of understanding of Luxembourg company law, with the ability to teach/explain/apply the law.

• Good understanding of accounting.

• Being able to prepare and review board packs, present and attend board/shareholder meetings with clients and intermediaries and take detailed minutes when required. Feel comfortable to guide the board members though the board minutes and the agenda and explain the relevant transactions contained in the board.

• The ability and desire to work with tight deadlines.

• The ability to multi-task and manage projects.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions / offices and professional intermediaries.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English - any other language would be considered as a plus.
