Description
This is an exciting opportunity for Fund Administrator role in Tokyo SPC Team.
Job specification
- SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies.
- Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution.
- Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline.
- Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party.
Skills Required:
- Over 3 years’ experience in related industry including accounting tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc. in Japan.
- Qualified accountant (USCPA, ACCA, JCPA etc.), Certificated Tax Accountant is preferred.
- Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill.
- Good English communication.
