Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) 

Location: 1050 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77055

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments 
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans 
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support 
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and QASP-S staff 
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making 
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical leadership team 



What You Bring

  • Active Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing with QABA 
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field 
  • Supervisory experience with RBTs, BCaBAs, and/or QASP-S professionals
