What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans 
  • Provide caregiver training & family support 
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs 
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions 
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team 



What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification & state licensure 
  • Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
