Recognised on <em>The Sunday Times Best Places to Work</em> list for three years running, we’re on an exciting growth journey -&nbsp; and we want you to join us!</p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>As an International Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business across our international markets, with a particular focus on Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Asia, and the Middle East.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, opening doors in new regions, and supporting our international go-to-market strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone excited by international sales, new markets, and working closely with regional leaders to grow Apadmi’s presence across Europe.</p> <h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Research and prospect into international target accounts using tailored outreach campaigns (using tools like SalesLoft).</li> <li>Cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn and creative outreach to engage international prospects.</li> <li>Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.</li> <li>Communicate Apadmi’s value proposition to senior decision-makers across international markets.</li> <li>Support regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Geo Leads and international stakeholders.</li> <li>Represent Apadmi at international and regional events where appropriate.</li> <li>Consistently exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and pipeline targets.</li> <li>Take ownership of your time and priorities to maximise impact and results.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>Who You Are</strong></h4> <ul> <li>2–3 years’ experience in sales development, ideally in B2B or technology.</li> <li>Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and working towards targets.</li> <li>Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Interested in international markets and building relationships across different regions and cultures.</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> <li>Additional language skills are highly beneficial, particularly:</li> </ul> <ul> <li>German</li> <li>Dutch</li> <li>Czech</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven track record in a metrics-driven sales environment.</li> <li>Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve.</li> <li>Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection.</li> <li>Professional, adaptable, and driven with a strong work ethic.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Why Apadmi?</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Be part of a collaborative, award-winning team with a vibrant culture.</li> <li>Unlock career growth through our Apadmi Academy and structured development opportunities.</li> <li>Hybrid working from our modern HQ in Salford Quays.</li> <li>The opportunity to play a key role in growing Apadmi’s international footprint.</li> </ul>
