Sr. Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled software Architect to join a highly motivated and enthusiastic team, working on one of Aon flagship applications! The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions using advanced technologies that support the business and technology strategies.This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires the candidate to be in the office three days a week.

What the Day Will Look Like

As a Sr. Architect, you will:

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions using advanced technologies that align with business and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Support iterative release cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and Bootstrap, leveraging Web APIs for middleware logic.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including design patterns and object-oriented design (OOD).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and implementing iterative release cycles.
• Knowledge of asynchronous messaging and messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST concepts for secure development practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$126k to $130k] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
