What the day will look like

• Implement the lead championing and demand generation strategy for Chile and Peru for one of the two solution lines.
• Main point of contact for leaders in the region, responsible for localizing the campaigns defined by local business leaders and the subregional marketing leader.
• This role is responsible for co-leading, crafting, executing, and monitoring strategies, campaigns, mailings, events, seminars, etc., in the assigned countries. This involves defining strategic external and internal marketing and communications campaigns and activities to accelerate the closing process for both new and existing sales in Chile and Peru. The individual will be responsible for executing the marketing and communications strategy defined for the subregion, in conjunction with the subregional area leader, and for monitoring and deploying activities to:
• Generate new leads based on insights received from market research, marketing briefs, and business leaders – a commercial priority.
• Lead Scoring and Lead Tracking
• Teamwork with solution line marketing business partners for effective campaign implementation
• Planning, management and execution of marketing and communications campaigns for Aon's external clients in Chile and Peru.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Experience working with growth marketing.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, demand tracking and generation through marketing activities, and creation of high-impact events and content.
• Languages: Advanced Spanish and English
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, advanced Adobe suite, Hootsuite, HubSpot (or any other CRM)
