Business Unit Manager - Global Benefits

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our São Paulo office.

What the day will look like

This role at Aon combines organization, innovation and a fast-paced culture with continuous learning and career development opportunities. The position is crucial to Aon's strategy, seeking a professional to lead the relationship team in the Global Business team, with focus in products for human capital such as benefits (health, dental, life) wealth (pensions, actuarial services, investments) and talent.

The responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of a team with 5 Sr. Account Executives;
  • Relationship with global colleagues within Aon across the international network, such as Consultants, Client Leaders and ECL’s;
  • Maintenance and management of the client portfolio across various segments;
  • Development of proactive strategic actions that add value to clients;
  • Upselling and prospecting new business within the current portfolio;
  • Budget and internal process management.

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

  • Educated to university degree level;
  • Advanced English language communication skills;
  • Broad knowledge insurance related technical aspects;
  • Knowledge about health & benefits environment;
  • Experience in working in Consulting firms, brokers, insurance companies;
  • Deep understanding of client management challenges and solutions.
