What the day will look like

From Day One, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to understand their unique challenges, clarify their needs and participate in developing solutions.

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your development, and your knowledge, industry experience and expertise will grow quickly in areas you are passionate about, including but not limited to organisation and job design, HR strategy, employee and executive rewards, corporate governance, workforce analytics, change management and employee communication.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior consultants to deliver high-quality work to clients including conducting research, gathering data, and analysing business, financial and compensation data to generate insights that inform our project recommendations.
• Working closely with our in-house research team to scope and coordinate research requests, and to build and maintain our knowledge libraries and intellectual capital.
• Supporting the teams in conducting client meetings including facilitating discussions, capturing key information and, more importantly, contributing to the development of next-action plans.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Early-career professional with 1-4 years’ experience in consulting or insurance sector; more experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior Associate Consultant role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline including humanities, sciences and engineering.
• Strong client-facing mindset.
• Strong interests in business and commercially minded.
• Action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
