We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an APAC Wellbeing Project Coordinator, based in the Philippines and operating as part of Aon’s regional Wellbeing team. You will support a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, playing a vital role in enabling organisations to enhance employee wellbeing and shape healthier, more resilient workplaces. The work is varied, hands‑on, and fast‑paced — spanning programme logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, operational tracking, and client follow‑up across the region.
As part of a highly collaborative and professional regional team, you will gain exposure to multi‑country delivery, cross‑functional stakeholders, and a wide range of wellbeing solutions. Aon is a global organisation that prioritises career development and provides opportunities to grow, learn, and build a long‑term path within the firm.
