About the Role

As a Teller, you will be accountable in meeting customers’ financial transaction needs.  In addition to this it is expected that you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to branch performance by identifying unmet customer needs and referring customers to sales team.

Role Location: ANZ Branch Bairiki, Tarawa, Kiribati

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience in a customer service role preferably in a retail industry
• Understanding of compliance
• Has keen attention to details, strong customer focus and proven relationship management skills
• Good financial acumen and well versed in using computer tools and applications
