Ansell is looking for an Engineer I, Process to join our team in Ansell Vina!

In this position, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating the technical design and engineering implementation of project work.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing, you will:

 

·       Access the current situation and developing automation project plan for the manufacturing to adapt P2 strategy.

·       Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for glove industries.

·       Develop and loop descriptions for Ansell plants, processes, and/or equipment.

·       Work with evaluate suppliers to develop software and hardware design specifications.

·       Work with evaluate suppliers to design, develop, implement, testing and documentation of PLC and HMI software.

·       Develop control system validation/testing protocols.

·       Manage automation projects as assigned.

·       Install, test, and start-up control systems on-site.

·       Train operators and plant engineers on control systems.

·       Work with and evaluate suppliers of existing and/or new equipment to train, guide, and improve designs in accordance with specifications and processes.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education:

Bachelor’s degree Electric/Electrical/Automation controlling/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.

Job Experience:

·       Minimum 1-2 years’ experiences in production/ Automation field

·       Experience in Textile/ Garments/ Glove Manufacturing is in advance

·       Experience in ERP D365 or SAP

Knowledge and Skills

·       Knowledge with HMI/SCADA packages

·       Knowledge with PLCs such as: Omron, Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Siemens, or Modicon.

·       Knowledge with Design software AutoCAD, Solid work. Inventor

 

Working time: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Working Location: road 07, Long Thanh IZ, An Phuoc, Dong Nai
