On this position you would:
- Support the Marketing Communications lead with the definition of the yearly marketing and communication plan sourced from the company strategic vision.
- Implement, either in their entirety or discrete aspects, the implementation of customer marketing collateral and communications projects to support the introduction of new programs, products or solutions.
- Coordinate the localization, translation, execution and ongoing management of the agreed upon commercial marketing strategy and corresponding marketing calendar.
- Be innovative and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with Regional and Global marketing peers and their teams, to ensure the creation of relevant content as campaigns, blog posts, opinions, social media, testimonials, technical white papers, thought leadership/educational content and activities. Collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to generate more leads, develop e-commerce activities and ensure an online presence.
- Assist the Sr MarCom Specialist to leverage the power of the different marketing channels (website, email, social media, …) to yield visibility, branding and lead generation by working with third parties such as communication agencies
- Communicate effectively with all EMEA, regional and global stakeholders on marketing communication/collateral related activities, ensuring efficient application of programs or projects.
- Work closely with the Sr MarCom Specialist to evaluate objective achievements for MarCom activities and report further on successful activities, improvement opportunities and possible issues based on yearly marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with the MarCom Lead to keep track on the yearly marketing budget and following up on related purchase orders and invoices.
- Provide support to specific projects and communication needs identified by the Commercial Unit Leader.
- Provide support to the communication activities which have for objective to keep building our Ansell brand name and its brand promises.
- Monitor industry and customer needs.
