Position Overview:

The Aesthetic Nurse at Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness provides safe, effective treatments while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role includes maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with providers and staff, and upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with a passion for aesthetics, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
• Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments
• Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
• Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
• Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.
  

Who You Are:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience operating aesthetic laser devices and performing a variety of laser treatments (e.g., hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatments).
• Strong customer service orientation
• Desire to provide best-in-class client outcomes
